Data Deletion

If you are a customer of a business that uses our systems

To stop receiving messages, reply BAJA (or STOP) in the chat: you are excluded immediately.

To delete your data, write to hola@betancore.ai from the phone number or email you used with the business and name the business. You may also ask the business directly and it forwards the request to us. We delete your number, name, messages and profile from our systems within 30 days and confirm it to you.

If you are a client company

When the service ends, or whenever you request it, we delete the customer base, conversations, profiles, templates and access credentials within 30 days, and disconnect your WhatsApp Business account from our application on the Meta platform. If you wish, we first hand you a copy in an open format (CSV or JSON). Request it at hola@betancore.ai from the email registered in the portal.

Data obtained through the Meta platform

If you remove our application's access from your Meta or WhatsApp Business account settings, we receive the notification and delete the data associated with that account within 30 days, with no further steps required. You may also request it by email.

What is not deleted

We keep, in minimal form and without operational access, the billing and audit records the law requires us to retain, and aggregated information that identifies no one.

Timelines and confirmation

We acknowledge the request within 3 business days and confirm deletion in writing within 30 days.
