Insurance
The answer is in the policy. Your advisor needs it before the call ends.
General conditions, riders, exclusions, rate sheets: hundreds of pages per product, and the client asks during the call. A copilot grounded in your documents gives the advisor the answer with the clause cited — and if the clause doesn't exist, it doesn't answer. The licensed advisor is still the one who speaks to the client.

The challenge
What breaks today.
01
Coverage gets answered from memory.
Between general conditions, riders and brochures there are hundreds of pages per product. Nobody opens them mid-call: the answer is whatever is remembered, and what is remembered isn't always what the policy says.
02
What isn't written gets promised anyway.
An exclusion that lives in a rider, a limit that changed with the last version. A bad promise doesn't show on the day of the sale: it shows on the day of the claim.
03
A new advisor takes months to stand alone.
Until they know the portfolio they depend on asking a colleague or the manager, and meanwhile every hard question ends in “let me find out and call you back.”
What we build
What we build on top.
Every answer, with its clause.
The copilot answers with the document and the page it comes from. A quote that doesn't appear word for word on that page is discarded, and an answer without a citation is never shown.
When it isn't there, it says so.
If the policy doesn't cover it, doesn't mention it or leaves it to the insurer's discretion, that is the answer — with the clause that says so. It doesn't fill gaps with guesses.
The advisor stays in front.
It's an internal tool for your team: the licensed advisor is still the one who speaks to the client and signs the recommendation. The system puts the policy in their hands; it doesn't replace them.
The method
The engineering doesn't change with your industry.
What changes is the vocabulary of your operation and your business rules. The engine is the same: your data grounded, three-layer guardrails, a human gate on everything your customer sees, and continuous evaluation before every change. It's the same system we've already built over catalogs, inventories and corporate ERPs.
Scale
68,727
items from a corporate SAP connected live to a sales assistant.
Catalog
2,697
product variants the agent checks every size and every price against.
Tests
856
automated tests the agent passes before every change.
Figures from the system we built for a fashion retail group: connected to its ERP and tested by its sales team. It's the same engine your operation would inherit.
Diagnostic
Does your operation have these answers?
Five questions. If three don't have a clear answer, that's the diagnosis — and that's where the pilot starts.
- 01
How many pages of conditions does your best-selling product have, and who has read them all?
- 02
When a client asks about an exclusion mid-call, where does the answer come from?
- 03
How long does a new advisor take to answer the hard questions alone?
- 04
How many enquiries end in “I'll call you back”?
- 05
How does your team find out when a condition or a rate changes?
Let's start with your operation, not with a demo.
A 15-minute audit of your real case. You leave with an honest read on what to automate first, and what to leave alone.
